Despite my unpleasant experience at the store, it ultimately guided me to a new shopping destination for spirits. I encountered a rude, middle-aged employee who made my visit uncomfortable with her attitude. Thankfully, a professional and courteous employee assisted me at checkout, which provided a small positive note in an otherwise negative experience.
The selection at the store is impressive, and their prices are among the best. What more could you want from a wine and liquor shop? While the staff may not be the most knowledgeable, if you have a specific choice in mind, this is definitely my go-to location.
They promote low-quality liquor for their own benefit. I tried two options, both were terrible. I then used their app to inquire about the return policy, which I expected to be non-existent, but ended up dealing with an ineffective AI. In the end, the savings aren't worth it if it means not supporting local liquor stores.
Very disappointing. I placed an order early for delivery between 3-5 PM, and at 5:12 PM, I received a text at 3:48 PM saying my order would arrive in under 30 minutes. It was already past 5, and there was still no delivery. They couldn't reach the driver and only offered to redeliver the next day, which was no help for my event tonight! I spent 18 minutes on the phone with terrible hold music. I live just 4 miles from the store. Complete failure.
Extremely poor customer service. I placed an order that didn’t arrive, and they offered to redeliver. I received no updates this time and discovered that the second order also never arrived, despite two confirmations. I would never shop here again.
I used to enjoy this place, but today changed that. I purchased two bottles of a specific brand and a couple of others, only to be told by a staff member to pack my own items. He didn’t offer any assistance. As someone in my 60s with back issues, this was disappointing. It seems customer service is no longer a priority here. I will not return.
I usually visit about once a month, but today was my last trip. The customer service was lacking; I had to argue for a discount after buying a case of wine, and the cashier shortchanged me by $5. When I pointed it out, he took the cash back, recounted, and returned the correct amount with a bad attitude. Employees were too busy socializing or on their phones. I'm done!
