The photos presented by the service are edited to enhance appeal. The brown bag I received is noticeably different from what was advertised, and it took 9 days to arrive instead of the promised 2–3 days. The bag appears faded and of low quality. The material and color do not justify the 35€ price tag. It’s unfortunate that I can't share photos to illustrate the reality. I reached out to express my concerns, and their response was: “Regarding the color, please note that product colors may vary slightly depending on lighting conditions, screen settings, and photography. While we strive to accurately represent our products on our website and social media, some variation can occur in real life.” They refuse to accept any responsibility for misleading customers. They are not reliable.
