The bag is great quality and I use it everyday! It has more than enough space for my student life (laptop, notebooks, lunch, etc) and also for gym sessions (clothes, towel, shoes, etc). My order was a bit late and before I could even reach out to customer support they wrote an email saying they’re sorry for the delay and it’s on its way… Overall a great experience with amazing staff!
I wasn't satisfied with the quality of the bag I bought just after one month of use the zipper broke and all the teeth of the zipper started coming out but the customer service was top notch I explained them what happened and they offered me a replacement immediately really happy with the customer service.

Plus, I often find myself stopping by a shop on the way home, and it’s perfect for those moments too. As a guy, I appreciate its stylish yet simple design, which pairs well with anything. I'm really enjoying my shoulder bag! It's become a part of my daily outfit. The overall look and feel is excellent, definitely a five. The quality and durability might be around a four. The first bag I received had a stitching issue, but I was truly impressed by the promptness of the support team. Within an hour of reaching out, they sent me a replacement without requiring the faulty bag to be returned. I feel very well supported and will definitely be looking for more products from the seller, as their designs are impressive.
The photos presented by the service are edited to enhance appeal. The brown bag I received is noticeably different from what was advertised, and it took 9 days to arrive instead of the promised 2–3 days. The bag appears faded and of low quality. The material and color do not justify the 35€ price tag. It’s unfortunate that I can't share photos to illustrate the reality. I reached out to express my concerns, and their response was: “Regarding the color, please note that product colors may vary slightly depending on lighting conditions, screen settings, and photography. While we strive to accurately represent our products on our website and social media, some variation can occur in real life.” They refuse to accept any responsibility for misleading customers. They are not reliable.
After receiving the ALTA Tote Bag I had bought last month, I felt as if the actual live color differed from the color advertised on the website (brighter than expected). I contacted customer support regarding this situation and asked if I could replace it. Although it took them a while to respond due to "higher volume of inquiries" during these holidays, even though the bag wasn't damaged or defective, they gave me their 200% offering me a partial refund or an extra Tote bag. I opted for the extra tote bag and received the amazing news that my order was to be delivered faster than usual due to an improved delivery timeframe.
