I filled out a survey advertised that I would receive a car seat at a discounted price. I filled it out honest and gave my payment information. Several days later they charged for a membership and when I looked in my orders/purchases there is no proof of the car seat. I am giving the 3 stars for the customer service following up with refunding my money.
