I bought this mat back in August and my toddler had an accident on it. The accident ran to the side of the mat and pooled underneath, causing my wood flooring to stain the mat. I followed the instructions on their website to clean it and got nowhere, so in the end I emailed them. They emailed back very falsely concerned, trying to be seen as an authentic brand but very quickly reminded me that they had told me 3 times within the sales buying process that the mat is not stain free. I don’t remember this but they were quick to tell me. They then proceeded to just give me more instructions to clean it which I’d already done, and a third email basically told me my flooring isn’t compatible with the mat which is hilarious. The mats aren’t made for toddlers, don’t let the marketing fool you, they have no interest to help you what so ever after that sale has been completed. I have had this mat for four months and it’s already ruined.
