No longer able to get co-op discount - have to get separate co-op card and have both cards together when in co-op (presumably so co-op can track spending habits and collect their own data). Very poor form from Totum not to seek customer feedback on this or consider impact on consumer. Tastecard difficult to sort, is poorly rated and seems a little like another scam for poor quality food. Their offers aren’t enticing at all so don’t be fooled by this. Deals are not great. Not worth the price. Wouldn’t waste your time (or money!) Totum need to revisit their brand philosophy because it’s quite apparent that the only thing they care about is profit - poor deals hyped up, corners cut, expenses reduced as much as possible, and consequently the customer suffers.
