After having used a very clunky, customer unfriendly system in my previous company, when setting up my own Bar/Restaurant i had very distinct requirements from a till system. Touch Bistro fulfils all those requirements and more. The bill splitting was one of them and its soo easy, the extensive reporting system was another. Initially we had some issues with it disconnecting from the internet mainly due to updates and such, but any glitches we encountered seemed to have ironed themselves out and its a breeze.Emily was first in touch with me and then handed me to Jenna who went through the system with me and they are both excellent and it was a pleasure to work with them to bring the system to life. I was most impressed when Jenna called me to see how we were coping with the coronavirus situation, great customer service that i haven't got from any of my other suppliers. They also have downgraded my licences so that i have only one ipad working thereby reducing my costs whilst we are closed, which is such a relief. Would highly recommend on all levels.
