This is indeed deceptive and needs to be addressed. It's concerning that while the company has responded to complaints, they haven't changed the process. Update: I received a response stating there's a two-week cancellation period and was advised to email them. They quickly refunded my payment, so I raised my rating to three stars. However, I was immediately informed by my payment service about the £66 charge. If I hadn't noticed it until my next credit card bill, I could have faced issues. This doesn't resolve the misleading purchase process. Can the company address this specific matter?
