I’ve been using TouchNote for years, sending photos to friends all over. When visiting I get a kick seeing them on their refridges or around their homes. For me that’s a real treat.
I’m very disappointed. I was going to buy the year membership but decided to first try a single card to each of my grandchildren ( same address). Neither of the cards have arrived.
I bought TouchNote membership to stay in touch with travelling family. It has been such a lovely way to say “hello, we are thinking of you”.
Now that we are travelling ourselves it is an invaluable way to connect with something physical. Who doesn’t love getting good news post!
I would highly recommend for worldwide or just local little hugs in the post.

This is truly misleading and requires attention. It's troubling that the company has responded to complaints but has not altered the process. Update: I received a reply indicating a two-week cancellation period and was advised to email them. They promptly refunded my payment, prompting me to raise my rating to three stars. However, I was immediately notified by my payment service about the £66 charge. If I hadn't caught this until my next credit card statement, I would have been in a difficult situation. This does not resolve the issue of the misleading purchase process. Can the company address this specific concern?
