I reported a mould issue 10 days ago and have received no acknowledgment or response. I cannot reach anyone by phone as it constantly goes to voicemail. I've left multiple messages and complaints through online chats, but it took a long time for anyone to return my call. There has been no explanation for the initial lack of response.
