I have lived my property around 3 months now and despite a few teething issues I have had some amazing support.
It is extremely difficult to get anyone on the phone but email isnt too bad.
The main person in charge of my property, Felicity, is very keen to do the best by the tenants and this does come across when I have had interactions with her.
I've not bad any issues getting repairs sorted, it all moves pretty quickly once I report on the app.
The app used by touchstone could be better, would be could to be able to view my rent account so I know where I am rent wise.
Overall, im pretty happy so far!

First of all, we got astonished by the lack of cleaning into the new house. There were stains in the sink, stains of windows, spider webs everywhere on the walls.
Besides this, the cleek doing the inventory has reported the fact that the shower is not heating up the water properly, and this is where the second nightmare started....
Communication.... The problem was reported on Thursday, 05 Feb, and until now there was no plumber to fix it.
I ans my family are staying with no shower for almost a week.
I will keep on putting bad reviews every day until this os getting fixed
I entered into a tenancy agreement for a property managed by this company and paid the necessary rent and deposit. Unfortunately, due to several unresolved issues within the property, it was uninhabitable, and I never moved in. These problems were reported with detailed photos and descriptions. Since the situation remained unresolved, I have formally asked to terminate the tenancy and for a refund of all paid amounts. Despite sending several emails, including one today, I have not received any response or acknowledgment. I find the lack of communication very troubling, especially since the tenancy never started due to the property's condition. I am still waiting for a response and would appreciate the company contacting me urgently to address this issue.
This review focuses on an individual from the team rather than the company as a whole. Over the years, I've encountered representatives who often fail to respond promptly to emails or calls. However, every time I've reached out to a specific team member, she has been incredibly helpful and friendly. If you need to contact the company, I highly recommend asking for this individual, as she consistently goes above and beyond to assist. Thank you!
I reported a mould issue 10 days ago and have received no acknowledgment or response. I cannot reach anyone by phone as it constantly goes to voicemail. I've left multiple messages and complaints through online chats, but it took a long time for anyone to return my call. There has been no explanation for the initial lack of response.
I'm extremely frustrated with this company. They took over the management of my rental property just two weeks before my lease ended. I've spent those two weeks trying to get in touch regarding my deposit return, but they have ignored all but one email, which only received a promise of a response that never came. Even the letting agent has tried to reach out on my behalf without success. I have no idea who to contact for help, as they simply do not reply.
