I entered into a tenancy agreement for a property managed by this company and paid the necessary rent and deposit. Unfortunately, due to several unresolved issues within the property, it was uninhabitable, and I never moved in. These problems were reported with detailed photos and descriptions. Since the situation remained unresolved, I have formally asked to terminate the tenancy and for a refund of all paid amounts. Despite sending several emails, including one today, I have not received any response or acknowledgment. I find the lack of communication very troubling, especially since the tenancy never started due to the property's condition. I am still waiting for a response and would appreciate the company contacting me urgently to address this issue.
