Great product, terrible customer service. A phone that is never answered, an order tracking app that gives false information. Royal Mail 48 is a joke to strat with as a delivery service but even a good delivery service is only any good if the orders are processed and sent in a timely manner. I know its the new year but, if you dont have the staff to process the orders, why even have a new years promotional event in the first place. Update. I did get the gloves. They are, as expected, an excellent product. But just to re-affirm the fact that the company may be short staffed, it took them almost 2 months to respond to my intial review. Maybe just dont have a Sale at a time of year when staff are on holiday!
These gloves are second to none in the world of nitrile powder free gloves. I've tried other brands with similar thickness but they lack the stretch and form fitting qualities these gloves have. They are so easy to use with a touchscreen, they are durable enough to lay slabs and bricks etc. I'm not being hyperbolic when I say they've changed my life by reversing a skin condition I developed working with cement. Couldn't give them less than 5 stars
Maybe I should give two stars but that might be a bit harsh. Placed an order online only for the order to go through completely wrong. Wrong colour and size. Sent the gloves back to be exchanged for the right stuff but no refund for postage was offered. These gloves are identical to ones I’ve been using for about 12 months but at twice the price. I thought with all the hype and strength marketing they would be stronger but nope. I would say they are the exact same gloves in different packaging sold under a different brand name. Don’t get me wrong, these are better than most disposable gloves but they are not better than others that are much cheaper. UPDATE:The reply I just received from you regarding this review is incorrect and I have emails to confirm this. In my original email I explained I ordered black large gloves and the order has gone through with small orange gloves. I replied back to Saiqa straight away and explained I will be sending my gloves back Monday which I did. So your reply to this review is also incorrect and I stand by the mistake being made your end as two mistakes are harder to do than one. And regarding the toughness, these are identical to what I already use and one glove had a hole in it within 30 minutes of use and the 2nd glove not long after that.
I took delivery of a box of XL BOA Gripz this weekend, although it’s early days they do feel like they will hold up well for the work I do, however I’ve only given three stars due to the fact that they are too short, I would like to see them go further past the wrist than they do, the picture on the ad shows them well past the wrist but in reality they don’t.
I was a little sceptical about the claims made about these gloves and the cost was a little high or first glance.I ordered Gator Gripz in large. I found the claims they made are all well founded the gloves are amazing. Never had better on my hands. Perfectly sized from their chart. My next order was for BOA Max again in large and I found the gloves to be very small, these just would not fit.Called the company and their response was great. they sent out replacement ( XL) ASAP.The gloves are great, I could not recommend this company any higher.These will be the only gloves I buy going forward.
