Great customer service Response with email communication is nothing to complain about but I can't help but wonder after over a year doing business with them, that Trump is causing a slight decline in the quality of one of their flagship products, so no fault on their part. Prompt shipping, easy payment and I still must say that they are my go to guys for my research, along with another I use for backup Trump needs to stop his tariff nonsense because it's backfiring and hurting not helping very much of anything. But thank you very much people!
The product is terrible/bad purity. I have went through many many vendors for tian sodium. The quality of theirs is by far the worse of any i have gone through. Anyone reading this that knows, stay away from these guys. It will not be what you are trying to get.

The only thing I have to say was I was disappointed with the latest supply issue but they kept open communication and so glad things are back! I have tried a handful of companies in the same business as Synaptex, but they other businesses can’t even hold a candle to Synaptex. I was never once concerned of potential scams and they have the absolute best customer service in the market. No contest. All my business with them have been very positive.
