From beginning to end It was horrific Eight people arrived I was overwhelmed I was told it would be sorted in to keep charity and sell and dispose how wrong that statement was they threw and took many items I said not to My daughter ashes she died seven years ago !My mothers ashes All cleaning materials washing liquids In date food Collectible items of value both personally and financial Gifts of the children’s one of which they saw a friend give them in front of the woman in charge supposedly called Marie The cleaning was poor They took a sebo and a Miele vacuum just been serviced !As well as irreplaceable items they left the carpet in the lounge the only one they cleaned stained and soaking wet They moved furniture which was ok They moved the freezer tore the Lino which they covered up by moving the table and bench around !! but didn’t switch the freezer back on so food was lost They squirted water in electrical sockets fused the lights and plugs and refused to clean the hall landing and stair carpet said it was my fault as the fuses blew when the out water in themPhoned the next day said after I complained re the carpet that they’d comeback but won’t have them back The whole episode I was looking forward to was a shambles they broke up all the furniture went in cupboards I’d sorted took clothes I was going to sell threw new and sentimental Christmas decoration away some of the children’s mother whose died and ones we’d collected and some of my mothers Took my new clothing left on the bed and top on a unit in the bedroom and bed Took my cosmetics a Christmas present That’s to name a few The whole experience has impacted on me and have been advised to see the doctor I’ve never felt this way this was about letting go but feeling violated The children are devastated by what they have taken from us This was something we were so looking forward to as our home had been trashed And wrecked by one of the children I had to place in care for our safety Through negligent support from social services !This was a way social services offered to help which was made the worst experience of mine and the children’s life I’ve requested to have their insurance details Donot use this company I’m not the only one to have this experience in the reviews
