BEWARE & STAY AWAY. If I could leave 0 stars I would. If you are looking for a cleaner that thinks she's more important than the Prime Minister look no further. From initially speaking with Marie over the telephone I felt she didn't really listen to what I had to say and certainly felt like she was more important than me, so much so she continuously spoke over me. None the less I wanted to give her and the team the chance to prove me wrong, which unfortunately was NOT the case. I invited her for a trial clean for a holiday rental property I manage and was highly disappointed with her and what my colleague had to say when meeting her at the property. I had arranged for a member of my team to meet her at the property to show her and the team a second time around what the property entailed. Without going into great detail Marie was highly rude, unprofessional and assumptive "clearly forgetting her position in the equation". Furthermore when I went to visit the property I noticed several points missed, missed windows in pool room, didn't mop or hoover properly in the pool room, dirty oven, left all kitchen towels out, didn't replace bin liners, multiple surfaces missed (food waste dotted around), full bin bag with waste just dumped by the front door, curtains pulled too and left in messy manor, Failed to check / clean log burner, left lights on, darts in adults game room left on the floor and the large mirror on the landing had way too much cleaning product left on. Overall I can look past these points of concern if she was willing to take on board what I had to say. Unfortunately I wasn't even able to discuss with her as when initially speaking, or should I say being spoken too, she hung up on me when I said "let me get a word in". Overall I would suggest Marie needs a serious lesson in customer service and more importantly remember her position and don't speak down to people above her station.Hopefully this message reaches the right people and stops them from using Tough Muck Cleaning and instead goes to agencies that deserve / want the work.
