I have contacted the service multiple times, and the responses are always the same—claiming my package is moving through the system. They promised it would arrive in time for Christmas, but the last email I received suggested I print a card to place under the tree instead. I've also requested to cancel my order twice. Clearly, it won't arrive on time, and I have already purchased a replacement item. Do not buy from this service; it is definitely a scam.
