I ordered on December 7th, and my package has yet to arrive. I've received multiple emails with two different tracking numbers from services that provide no updates. At this stage, I cannot recommend ordering from this service as I strongly suspect it might be a scam.

I ordered on December 14th, and it was supposedly shipped on December 16th. Since then, the tracking app has only shown 'Label ordered'! I still haven't received my package, even though delivery was promised within 5-7 days. I strongly advise against ordering from this service; it feels like I've wasted 70 Euros.
I ordered two items in November that were supposedly shipped on November 17th. However, the shipment status has remained at 'shipping information received' for three weeks now. When I inquire about the status, they keep saying the parcel is in transit and will arrive soon, but it never does, and the status hasn't changed. I understand that shipments from certain regions can take longer, but it seems my order hasn't shipped at all. Very poor service!

I placed an order on May 25th that didn't arrive until June 25th, despite their claim of a one-week delivery. I had to repeatedly ask for updates, only to receive standard responses. Eventually, my order was marked as delivered, but there is no proof of delivery at my address. When I requested proof, they took too long to respond, and the evidence they provided was just tracking status without any verification of delivery. Ultimately, they even went back on their promise of a refund. There are far better options for purchasing merchandise in the area; if you see this service's name for online orders, avoid it!
