Long story shortHad a Tow trust towbar fitted and picked up new caravan but forgot to uncouple the safety wire this broke the release knob.spoke to Tow trust direct and arrange to visit the factory and release the damaged Towbar replace damaged parts all at no cost there are still some good companies out there not wanting to fleece you would definitely recommend them on there quality and service.
