Returns could be easier. You should be able to automatically raise a return and be offered a QR Code. It wasn’t easy for me and I ended up paying £11.20 to return a pair of boots, which I still haven’t received a refund for yet. So I won’t be ordering from this site again. Delivery and discount offers were really good which is why i decided to use the site but the return method over shadowed this
