Not happy. Paid extra for next day delivery. I ordered before the cut off at 2pm. I have a timed email to prove this. At 4pm the following day my order is still pending and the courier tracking states that they are expecting it. I tried contacting someone at Tower but there isn't a telephone number and the only way of speaking to a human is to fill in a form that can take 7 days to get a response. The only chat is AI and is pretty useless. I reworded my questions multiple times but I am no wiser into finding out what is happening in fact the AI made me angry. Why isn't there a function to be able to speak to a human? At least I would know if my order will be picked up at this late time (most likely not) and if it will get delivered today. If my order does not get delivered today I should get a delivery refund as I paid for next day BEFORE the cut off.
