Tower Air fryer purchased through amazon and very pleased with it until it broke this week, however as its covered under the Tower extended 3yr guarantee they just required me to answer a couple of questions and email in a photo before they sent out a brand new replacement. Super helpful staff, replied quickly to emails.
Well I had a problem with my newly delivered kettle and contacted customer services. A young lady named Elle got it fixed out in no time and a replacement kettle was sent.
Now that's very good customer service from a very good name- Tower! 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟
Customer Services? I have a faulty kettle yet tower customer services can not help me as I purchased on e bay? They inform me that the "customer services ebay" will get back to me? over a week now still no contact, I THINK IT'S ONE PERSON SITTING IN A CUPBOARD? as the service is apauling. We are old and disabled now boiling water in a saucepan but they don't care. never again will i choose Tower products.
Just had a message from Joseph of Tower customer services who tell me the Tower customer services when I buy off EBAY are different Tower customer services! GOT IT BECAUSE I AM MYSTIFIED.

Outstanding support from the team; the product had a minor issue occasionally, but they quickly replaced it with a model valued at double my original one since mine was no longer available! This was beyond the standard 12-month warranty period as well. I'm very pleased and would definitely recommend their service.
