I ordered two personalized glitter mugs that arrived within two days. The quality was disappointing, with inconsistent colors; one was supposed to be purple but looked a mix of navy, purple, and pink. I contacted customer service and provided photos to back up my claim. A representative offered replacements or a 50% refund. I replied that a replacement wouldn't help since the gifting date had passed and asked why I was only entitled to a partial refund. I received no response! After consulting Citizens Advice, I learned I was entitled to a full refund. I emailed again stating this, and immediately got a reply confirming the full refund would be processed! It’s concerning how many customers might have faced similar treatment.
