I accidentally ordered the wrong color and realized it right after receiving the confirmation. I ordered pink instead of hot pink, which my niece wouldn't have liked! The representative couldn’t amend my order but canceled it and provided a code to reorder at no charge. I’m very pleased with how my mistake was handled.
I previously ordered towels for a holiday, and they were great. I ordered pajamas for Christmas, but they came up small. I reached out with a complaint, and there was no issue at all. A new set in a larger size is on the way for free. For me, customer service is crucial, and I couldn’t fault it here.

I ordered two personalized glitter mugs that arrived within two days. The quality was disappointing, with inconsistent colors; one was supposed to be purple but looked a mix of navy, purple, and pink. I contacted customer service and provided photos to back up my claim. A representative offered replacements or a 50% refund. I replied that a replacement wouldn't help since the gifting date had passed and asked why I was only entitled to a partial refund. I received no response! After consulting Citizens Advice, I learned I was entitled to a full refund. I emailed again stating this, and immediately got a reply confirming the full refund would be processed! It’s concerning how many customers might have faced similar treatment.
I ordered two sets of personalized earphones for my granddaughters. They arrived quickly and were well-packaged. However, one image was slightly faint, and some lettering was missing. I contacted customer care, and they promptly apologized and sent a replacement, which arrived in two days. I’m very satisfied with both pairs, and the kind gesture of not needing to return the other pair is greatly appreciated. I will definitely shop here again.
