I bought 4 Ascended Heroes ETBS. I messaged them plenty of times but no response. After two months of waiting for the cancellation of my pre-order (Order #5937) with ToyDealer, I have still not received any confirmation or refund. The customer service is barely responsive and fails to honor commitments.

Why No response with Mail?

As they are not fulfilling their obligations, I am now forced to consider legal action.

STEER CLEAR! Horrible experience! I placed a pre-order over 5 months ago, and last month the estimated delivery came and went. Communication has been nearly impossible, with continuous delays and excuses. I had to initiate a chargeback. If you’ve ordered, make sure not to let 120 days pass since your order date, or the chargeback process will become more complicated, though still possible with some payment methods.

AVOID THIS SELLER! SCAM ALERT! I made a pre-order over 5 months ago, and last month the estimated delivery date passed without any updates. Communication is nearly impossible, and they constantly come up with excuses for delays. I had to start a chargeback process. If you’ve ordered something, make sure not to let 120 days pass from your order date, as it complicates the chargeback process, although it’s still possible with certain payment methods.

Fraudulent Practices

Fraudulent practices. They took my payment months ago, claimed they shipped my order over a month ago, but I have yet to receive anything. The courier stated they never received a package. The seller promised a refund, but after a week, I still haven’t seen my money.

Orders Not Shipped & No Communication

I am extremely disappointed with this service. Despite multiple attempts to contact customer support, I have received no replies. Both of my orders remain unshipped, and there has been zero communication. I expected better service and timely updates, but the lack of response has been frustrating. EDIT: I received a response to my review, but I have no way to reply privately. I emailed you for assistance. If you resolve the issue, I will update my review.

Lack of Communication and Updates

On December 11th, I finally received an email saying my order was ready for shipping. Since then, I've had no updates or replies to my emails. Is my order shipped? Any tracking information? I understand the holiday season is busy, but 16 days without any updates is unacceptable. I would prefer a refund at this point.

Terrible seller experience. I pre-ordered items and was told they would ship on December 15, 2025. I received a label created on December 16, 2025, but still no proof of shipment. Avoid this seller to save time. My refund request was ignored.

Avoid This Place

Avoid this place. This is actually my third or second order here—I don't remember. I've experienced scam-like behavior before. I was asked to leave a positive review for a discount on my next order, which I did, but now my order, which was supposed to ship in the first week of December, has been stuck with a label created since December 5th, with no updates or communication. Customer service stopped responding two weeks ago after saying they would follow up. It's a complete mess, and if I ever receive my items, I might reconsider my review, but that seems unlikely.
