My new Toyota BZ4x is arrived and delivered to me in September 2024.My home charger was fixed in August 2024.Since then I am facing multiple issues with my home charger and I am keeping on escalating till now and Toyota doesn't bother about it as the car is already sold.Toyota have contract with British gas for fixing charges and British gas having contract with Hive for charges.Now the issue is no one is ready to take responsibility to sort out my issue and just passing to each other as usual.There are multiple occasions I plugged my car for charging and in the morning it was not charged at all.Since the charger is fixed it was not connected to network.On September 17 my appointment was scheduled with British gas to visit to sort out the issue and as usual they never turned up or called about appointment.Finally in mid November British gas engineer visit and checked the charger and told there is something wrong and he will escalate to the next team to sort out.According to him was not recommended to charge car as something is wrong and at the same time he rang Toyota who told there no issues and you can charge your car.Toyota person also told me that they will be in touch with me in 3 working days which they never till now.The biggest issue is you never know if your car will be charging after connecting to charge.You will be getting unexpected surprise in the morning when you will know that the car not charged at all.Pathetic service by Toyota and I don't blame people leaving Toyota.The sales team will give you all promises and then after handing over the car we are facing poorest after sales service.
