I am extremely disappointed with Toyota’s customer service. No matter which channel I use—phone, email, or even visiting in person—getting a clear answer is nearly impossible. They either don’t respond at all or give vague, unhelpful replies.To make matters worse, despite buying a brand-new car from an official Toyota dealer just two months ago, they now want to charge me just to check a faulty part! This is absolutely unacceptable for a vehicle still under warranty. Instead of standing behind their products, they seem more interested in squeezing every last penny out of customers.Toyota’s reputation for reliability means nothing if their service is this poor. I expected much better, and I will seriously reconsider buying from them again.
