My Toyota Auris hybrid has always been serviced at the Toyota showroom in Aylesbury. Given that I have paid over £1000 on every service in the previous years due to one or more parts failing, I really doubt Toyota's quality. A £1000 component failed first. This didn't happen overnight; in the past, I had already complained several times to Toyota Aylesbury about my car shaking, but the technicians were unable to identify the problem. It is astonishing that Toyota mechanics lack knowledge about their own vehicles. When the part suddenly failed, I received an invoice for £1,000. The mileage was just about 70,000 miles, and the best part was that I had paid for Toyota extended warranty insurance as well.Since that occurrence, I usually spend close to £1000 while serving each year. This year, the invoice was £1400, it didn't include the servicing cost. In my opinion, Toyota doesn't use high-quality parts that start to malfunction after 70,000 miles. I hope, the technicians do not provide an incorrect report in order to benefit the service center; that's the last thing one would expect.Awful experience owning a Toyota...
