I brought my Toyota RAV4 to Toyota Sandyford for a full service for the first time, and I was very disappointed with the experience.The service felt rushed, more like a quick check than a proper full service. The next day, I started having problems unlocking my car doors. I checked the key battery, and it was fine, but the issue continued for over a week.When I contacted the service reception, the staff seemed unsure and didn’t clearly understand or address the problem I was explaining. This made the situation even more frustrating.Additionally, I had specifically requested that the transmission oil be checked/changed and that the front suspension be inspected. It appears these were either not done properly or not done at all.Overall, I would not recommend this service centre, especially for people who are not knowledgeable about car mechanics, as it does not inspire confidence that requested work is carried out correctly.
