Missed two payment by direct debit in 15 years only by one or two days. Sent me a reminder for payment.got money in bank phoned them up saying money is in bank but not taken out. They said need see bank did that and bank said nothing to do with bank they don’t stop direct debit unless authorised which I guessed!. Got back in touch with Toyota financial and said they cancelled direct debit.SO THEY WONDER WHY THEYRE NOT PAID!. If they hadn’t cancelled it then they would have been paid. If a message or letter sent to me explaining in first instance why it was cancelled I would have understood. But what made it worse is they tried to blame the bank and it was them that cocked it all up. Usual scenario lack of communication! Useless.
