I had a very disappointing experience with this company.A payment was made using my card by mistake, and I contacted their support team immediately to request a refund. I clearly explained that I do not want any credits, points, or benefits from the transaction — I only asked for my money to be returned.Unfortunately, the process has been very slow and frustrating. I still have not received the refund, and the communication has not been reassuring. When a customer reports an accidental or unauthorized payment, the company should act quickly and show understanding.I hope they review my situation as an exception and process the refund as soon as possible. Until then, I cannot recommend this service based on my experience.
