I had a very disappointing experience with this company.
A payment was made using my card by mistake, and I contacted their support team immediately to request a refund. I clearly explained that I do not want any credits, points, or benefits from the transaction — I only asked for my money to be returned.
Unfortunately, the process has been very slow and frustrating. I still have not received the refund, and the communication has not been reassuring. When a customer reports an accidental or unauthorized payment, the company should act quickly and show understanding.
I hope they review my situation as an exception and process the refund as soon as possible. Until then, I cannot recommend this service based on my experience.

Some time ago I reviewed this company with only 1 star because of their tactics. This company owes me a refund from about 2-3 years ago and has told me they will only issue a refund if I remove my negative review. I refused. I then did another review and included the email from them but unfortunately Trustpilot deemed it contravened their policy and removed it. Now once again, l have been approached by Toys and Sea requesting me to remove my negative review and then they will issue my refund. Needless to say I will not remove my review and instead I’ve put this review on instead. They are clearly not a company I wish to be associated with and I feel their approach is extremely questionable.
Very helpful. Especially in refunding the funds that were part of the Internet fraudulent events, which was proven and Toys and sea assisted in helping to stop this fraud as we love and value our comfort of online shopping. This cooperation from Toys and Sea and one more company, whose websites were literally only used as baits to completely not related websites to them, luring you to shop, but only taking your money to one more new way, was all communicated to EU internet fraud Authorities and for this, I only have great respect and admiration for the Toys and Sea ENTIRE Customer Support Team. They have all made a join effort to help us resolving this without anyone being damaged and for Authorities to catch successfully the hackers who were behind this fraudulent scheme.
