I had a very disappointing experience with this company.
A payment was made using my card by mistake, and I contacted their support team immediately to request a refund. I clearly explained that I do not want any credits, points, or benefits from the transaction — I only asked for my money to be returned.
Unfortunately, the process has been very slow and frustrating. I still have not received the refund, and the communication has not been reassuring. When a customer reports an accidental or unauthorized payment, the company should act quickly and show understanding.
I hope they review my situation as an exception and process the refund as soon as possible. Until then, I cannot recommend this service based on my experience.
