Disgusting! I have been online shopping for 18 years now, and this has been the absolute worst of them all. The communication & logistics of this company are such jokes. They do not take customers' requests seriously and make false commitments. They will say anything to get the sale without being able to fulfil it. When I tried to contact them, they literally turned off their hotline. 24/7 my ass. Awful service, I have sent several emails without any responses. I don't believe that I will get my order on time as they promised, and it's been more than 2 weeks now.
