Empty envelope arrived today wedged behind our door handle not at the time it says on DHL e-commerce site and no picture of delivery provided. The game that I have paid for was not there which was a birthday present for two days time. I am contacting Toy Central and will await a response. Will update this review when I hear back.Update: Having emailed Toy Central last night, I have had a reply this morning and it is confirmed that the item will be resent. Hopefully I will successfully receiveiy this time. I would comment that the customer service is extremely efficient and they have resolved this matter very satisfactorily. Therefore, I would certainly use this company again. I have now changed my review to five stars following the impressive customer service.
