This company is a total scam. I purchased a special collector’s Hulk figure for a significant amount of money, only to start receiving random emails with links to fake tracking sites. After raising my concerns and reading the Trustpilot reviews, I realised this was all part of their scam. I've reached out to request a refund, but they are not honest at all and offer refunds in the form of vouchers. As if anyone would buy from them again. The response I got was unhelpful, and it's always just a first name with no last name, which is a huge red flag. Avoid this company at all costs! Below was one of their responses. "I would like to clarify that the offers like 10% and 15% I provided "if you still want to proceed with the order." But if you still want to cancel the order, please let me know if "Full refund in the form of a voucher + 20% additional voucher on the total order value £235.6" is feasible for you.
