What a scam outfit , ordered a jellycat for my granddaughter on the 14 December 24 , and paid £67 with express delivery, what a joke ! After several emails to them they finally replied on the 24/12/24 to say order has now been confirmed, then after I emailed them again , they said said they didn’t have my order but offered me , I can only describe as a fake version off one and a 25 percent off , they are a scam outfit , and I would not recommend this so called scam outfit to anyone!
