This is an update to my following review. If like me you have been conned by this company either by them not posting out your order at all like me or if you are unhappy in anyway and they are ignoring your emails. The you can open a payment dispute with your bank. The bank will then look into the matter for you. I really hope this helps others who have lost money with this company.I intend to contact trading standards, I am looking into legal advise because this company should not be trading in the uk. I want to ensure no other customers loose their money.you issued me a refund on the 15th of December and i still have not got my money back. Please can you explain why? ORDER UK-TC#P273518781My order was placed on the 1st December, it had not arrived by the 14th and i had not recieved any communication from you. When i emailed you i eventually recieved a reply stating that it had not been dispatched, i then asked for a refund and you emailed me to say that my refund had been issued on the 15th of December. I still do not have my money back. Avoid this business as they are dishonest and fraudulent.I will be reporting you to your payment gateway provider for an investigation into your business pratice.
