I returned a game, and they agreed to a full refund (minus shipping) on December 30th. They received it on February 1st. After calling four days later, they confirmed they had it and would process the refund soon. However, as of January 13th, I still haven't received my money. They mentioned a backlog after the holidays but couldn't provide a timeline for resolution. Be warned—don’t expect a prompt refund for returns! The service needs to improve its practices!
