We had been trying to find a replacement for my granddaughters pacifier the Wubbanub pink fuzzy duck, with no luck. Completely sold out in the US. Lucky I ran across this shop! The transaction was easy, it came very promptly. The item was as advertised and my granddaughter is happy.
I returned a game for which they promised a full refund (excluding shipping costs) on December 30. They received the return on February 1. After following up four days later, they confirmed receipt and assured me the refund would be processed soon. As of January 13, I still haven't received it. They mentioned a backlog due to the holiday season but couldn't specify how long it would take to resolve. Be cautious—don’t expect a quick refund for returns! It would be beneficial if the service improved its handling of these situations.

The next day, I was informed that next-day delivery wasn't possible and received a quick £2 refund. After that, no updates were provided! On the 29th, I requested to cancel the order and get my money back. They then informed me it would take 1-5 working days to process the refund. My interaction with customer service was frustrating; the representative lacked professionalism and couldn’t answer my questions. I believe this company may be a scam! I had to open a case with PayPal to get my money back. If you want to avoid the uncertainty of receiving your order, I recommend steering clear of this company!
