After following up four days later, they confirmed receipt and assured me the refund would be processed soon. As of January 13, I still haven't received it. They mentioned a backlog due to the holiday season but couldn't specify how long it would take to resolve. Be cautious—don’t expect a quick refund for returns! It would be beneficial if the service improved its handling of these situations.
