I want to express my deep frustration regarding the lack of assistance we have faced. Our domain was suspended due to an authentication problem, freezing our website and emails for five days. Despite multiple emails and chat attempts, we've only interacted with an AI chatbot. It's unacceptable that such an urgent issue remains unresolved with no human response after almost a week. While service was previously reliable, the current lack of support is disappointing. I hope this gets the urgent attention it needs.
