Terrible Customer Support Experience

The company's customer service is extremely lacking. They failed to reply to numerous emails, there’s no direct phone contact, and requests on their website go unanswered. Cancelling a subscription is a hassle, and they continue to bill you even after cancellation requests. The stress of trying to end my subscription overshadows any benefits of their video platform. I will not engage with this company again.
