Unsatisfactory customer service experience

The service has poor customer support. They failed to reply to several emails, lack a phone number for direct communication, and do not address inquiries made on their own site. Canceling a subscription is extremely challenging, and they persist in charging despite requests to terminate. The hassle of attempting to cancel my subscription overshadows any benefits of their video platform. I won't engage with this service again.

Terrible Customer Support Experience

The company's customer service is extremely lacking. They failed to reply to numerous emails, there’s no direct phone contact, and requests on their website go unanswered. Cancelling a subscription is a hassle, and they continue to bill you even after cancellation requests. The stress of trying to end my subscription overshadows any benefits of their video platform. I will not engage with this company again.

Lack of Value and Constant Issues

The service offers very little value for the cost. There are ongoing technical problems, and I received no notice about the upcoming annual renewal. When I asked for cancellation and a refund, customer service cited a 7-day cancellation policy. It's a scam.

Difficulties in Account Cancellation

Cancelling my account has been a nightmare. After our team stopped using the service and switched to better options, I attempted to cancel my membership. The app made it nearly impossible, and the help desk was unhelpful, trying to wear me down.

Poor Performance and Service

The performance and customer service are absolutely terrible. The camera system often fails to identify the right players, which is why they offer discounts on multiple cameras for the same game. There’s no option to cancel subscriptions online. When rebilled, there’s no email notification, and by the time you see the credit card statement, you’re already beyond their 7-day policy.

Unethical Practices

Despite my daughter's team being disbanded, they still charged my credit card $300. Upon contacting them, they only refunded $265 because I failed to cancel within 7 days. Communication via phone is impossible. This is a total scam.

Continued Charges Without Resolution

They persist in charging my credit card and then dispute my refund requests. They also provide misleading information to the credit card company regarding my complaint.

Be Cautious of Auto-Renewal and Refunds

While the technology is impressive, my recent experience was disappointing. I was charged $300 for a renewal I didn't authorize, despite receiving an email about a cancellation. I contacted support immediately, but they initially denied my refund request due to their 7-day policy. After filing a complaint, the partial refund I received was reversed. Be cautious with their auto-renew policy and ensure you cancel well ahead of time.

Misleading and Disrespectful Practices

I am appalled by my experience. What started as a simple goal of tracking my child's performance turned into a frustrating ordeal filled with misleading marketing and a lack of respect for customer concerns. I was pressured to submit a team roster despite only wanting to track my child. The support was unhelpful and refused to provide a phone contact. Their practices are unethical and manipulative, especially concerning privacy. I regret trusting this service and advise others to look elsewhere.
