Be Cautious of Auto-Renewal and Refunds

While the technology is impressive, my recent experience was disappointing. I was charged $300 for a renewal I didn't authorize, despite receiving an email about a cancellation. I contacted support immediately, but they initially denied my refund request due to their 7-day policy. After filing a complaint, the partial refund I received was reversed.
