I am appalled by my experience. What started as a simple goal of tracking my child's performance turned into a frustrating ordeal filled with misleading marketing and a lack of respect for customer concerns. I was pressured to submit a team roster despite only wanting to track my child. The support was unhelpful and refused to provide a phone contact.
