Unsatisfactory customer service experience

The service has poor customer support. They failed to reply to several emails, lack a phone number for direct communication, and do not address inquiries made on their own site. Canceling a subscription is extremely challenging, and they persist in charging despite requests to terminate. The hassle of attempting to cancel my subscription overshadows any benefits of their video platform. I won't engage with this service again.
