I think it's funny that the first thing they say on this review field is "What went wrong this time". I have been a customer for more than 7 years and they say all unused minutes, I don't text or use data. I use it for a phone when I am away from my landline. The last time I checked in October I had over 17,000 rollover minutes. I broke my screen on my old phone in November 2025 and bought a new one that came with 1500 minutes with purchase. They shut off my phone in late December and it took me almost 2 hours with their so-called customer service and they finally admitted they had no reason to cut it off. Next, on 2/16/2026 they shut it off again. I spent another almost 2 hours with so-called customer service and they told me I had no minutes left and my new purchase in November is good until November 2026. They finally turned it back on and put the 1500 minutes I had with my purchase back on my account. They told me someone in management would call me in 24-48 hours. Still waiting. Worst company I have ever dealt with. STAY AWAY, BUYER BE WARE.
