I had hoped that it would be possible to switch my tracker from my old vehicle to my new vehicle but I was advised this wasn’t possible and I had to have a new one installed. The fitter arrived and stated I have a tracker switch over to carry out????? He checked with head office and they confirmed he was there to install a new tracker for me.Just disappointed that I had to go the the expense of a new tracker when it was just a simple to do a swap over. Nevertheless the overall service was very good and the installation technician was excellent!
