This is the most appalling courier in the world!! No words to describe this business - absolutely horrible!!
A POSTCARD shipped from LA to London 11 Jan - updates on their website with 3 days apart with ALL SORT of nonsense. Like parcel went to one partner shipping facility, then departed 3 days later, then arrived to another 3 days later and so on! One month later - no sign of the parcel, still in Edinburgh (Scotland!!!) when I live in London. These guys are clueless how to operate logistics. 7 days after customs clearance in the country of destination - parcel still in Scotland, hundreds miles away!!! This is a POSTCARD not even a pair of shoes!! Insult to the entire courier industry!
